Description:

1. Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions.
2. Prepares legal documents and drafts of contracts related to the company’s business.
3. Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation related to the company’s business.
4. Mantains all the company’s legal documentation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in law, fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience.
2. Knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations related to company.
3. Capability of legal written and oral communication skills.
4. Capability of work internally & externally in a professional manner.
5. Capability of performing legal and factual research, prepare legal business letters, documents, and contracts.
6. Knowledge of the structure and content of the Legal English.
7. Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment post-training.
8. Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).
